亚太社区促进会:”你的故事”青年视频作品大赛

              亚太社区促进会 影带挑战-奖金250元
  亚太社区促进会近日发布将展开”你的故事” 的影带挑战,目的是探究居住在亚利桑纳州的亚太裔青少年的个人故事。
  我们希望这些青少年告诉大家他们如何在他们的社区与/或一般社会中做出改变,录影带中让我们了解:
对你而言,什么主题是重要的?
(例如艺术、移民、民权、健康或是教育等)
  你会以何种方式或计划让你的社区有所改变?
  参赛者必须是二十一岁以下居住在亚利桑纳州的亚太裔,影带作品必须在三分钟以内并以YouTube 或Vimeo 方式提交,影带作品可以任何形式制作,包括音乐录影、公共服务广播、短片、视频博客与访谈等呈现,作品在观念上应具创意、创新并富启发性且必须在二○一一年十一月十六日午夜十二时前提交亚太社区促进会网站(
www.apcaaz.org) 。
  我们将审查提交作品,并将获选佳作发布在亚太社区促进会网站。
首奖奖金250美元,此作品将在亚太社区促进会的?透过宣传带动健康?会议中首映,此会预定在二○一一年十二月三日在ASU城区部校园   举办。

APCA Video Challenge — $250 First Prize
  The Asian Pacific Community in Action (APCA) announces the launch of its 揥hat抯 Your Story?video challenge. The challenge aims to explore the personal stories of Asian American and Pacific Islander youth in Arizona.
  We are asking AAPI youth tell us about how they can make a difference in their communities and/or society in general. In your video, tell us:
What issues matter to you?
(For example, arts, immigration, civil rights, health, and/or education)
In what ways are you making, or plan to make, a difference in your community?
Eligible individuals will be Asian Americans or Pacific Islanders ages 21 years or younger and Arizona residents. Videos must be 3 minutes or less and submitted as YouTube or Vimeo links. Videos will be accepted in any form: including music video, PSA, short film, video blog, and interview. Submissions should ideally be creative, innovative, and inspiring and must be submitted on the Asian Pacific Community in Action website (www.apcaaz.org) by midnight, November 16, 2011.
   We will review the submissions and post a select number of entries on the APCA website. The top video will be awarded $250 and will be premiered at the upcoming APCA conference entitled 揌ealth Through Advocacy?to be held on December 3, 2011 at ASU Downtown.
