谁有资格申请?
亚利桑那州的KidsCare II为以下人士提供健康保险:
十八岁以下没有保险的人士

Who qualifies for KidsCare II?
Arizona KidsCare II provides healthcare coverage to:
Uninsured Arizona residents up to 18 years old.
Children in families earning up to $40,000 annually, or even more.
U.S. citizens or qualified non-citizens. (A parent immigration status does not affect a child eligibility for KidsCare II. A parent’s Social Security number is not needed when applying for KidsCare II.)
What is KidsCare II?
It’s Arizona’s low-cost health insurance program for children. With KidsCare II your children can receive comprehensive healthcare, including:
doctor visits
dental care
eye care
hospital visits
prescriptions
How much does KidsCare II cost?
KidsCare II costs no more than $40 a month-or even less-for one child. No matter how many children are in the household, KidsCare II will not cost more than $60 a month.

Is KidsCare II available now?
Yes, KidsCare II is available now through December 31, 2013, for a limited number of children. It’s important that you act quickly to get this low-cost, comprehensive health coverage for your children. After KidsCare II expires, we can help transition your children into the Health Insurance Exchange, which will be up and running as part of the new healthcare law.
