２月１２日高科技园区欢度春节大聚餐（图）

　　亚利桑那中国高科技协会 Intel中国员工 亚洲文化协会共同组织的2012欢度中国春节大聚会。

　　 时间：2012年2月12日 上午11：00 到下午3：00

　　地点：McDowell Mountain Corporate Pavili　Tumbleweed Park (2250 South McQueen Road, Chandler, AZ, 85224)

　　活动内容：烧烤，打牌，打球各种有趣的活动，参与者一起分享

　　温馨提示：请所有参与活动的朋友注意安全，有带小朋友的家长也注意做好活动的安全保护工作，让大家开心，安全的欢聚。主办方对活动中出现的事故，不承担责任。

　　请报名参加活动的朋友与azacaha@gmail.com 联络，以便统计人数。

　　活动正在准备中２月１１日和１２日需要志愿者参与采购运输食物，有意者也请与主办方联络。

Happy Chinese New Year !!!

This is a heads-up for the event ACAHA, ACI and ICEN will jointly hold to celebrate the Chinese New Year on Feb 7th. I will send another email to include all the members in the mail list.

When: Feb 12th (Sunday), 11:00am -3:00pm

Where: McDowell Mountain Corporate Pavili　Tumbleweed Park (2250 South McQueen Road, Chandler, AZ, 85224)

What to do: BBQ, cards, balls, or any other fun stuff you can bring and share

Safety: Stay Safe. No alcoholic drink. Event organizers have no responsibilities for any accidents. Please take care of yourself, your family and kids. Make sure kids stay

away from deep water and hot BBQ grill and are always in your sight, etc?/SPAN>

For people who will attend, please provide the number of ppl (including ppl you forward this email to) so we can prepare accordingly and ensure enough food. Please understand that all the work is by volunteers and your understanding of any inconvenience in the event is greatly appreciated. The distribution list is from previous email exchange, feel free to forward if your friends are not on the list. But do let me know the number of attendees.

Help needed: We need some volunteers for shopping and food storage on Feb 11^th. And for BBQ on Feb 12^th as well.
