We are starting our first meeting of the year with an insightful hand-on demonstration by Ed Tse. Like many of us, Ed started with a basic DSLR not too long ago. The need to capture the precious moments of his children抯 growth has driven him to dive deeper and deeper into the world of photography. It sounds just like our story ~eh. In addition to investing in (expensive) good glasses, he experimented relentlessly and was rewarded with beautiful results. Now, please join us to play with Ed抯 prize possessions (with permission), see real-time demo of low cost lighting tricks that you can replicate at home.
As a bonus, AZAPC founder William Wong will share with us some beautiful winter pictures from his recent trip to Japan. We will also provide a tech update on the new compact interchangeable cameras such as SONY NEX, Panasonic and Olympus?Micro4/3 which are advertised to have the DSLR quality without the bulk.
